I Think I Have That Thing That Baseball Player Had When He Like Psyched Himself Out And Couldn't Pitch, Do You Know The One I'm Talking About?

Because it has been many days since I have blogged, and though I have searched the web high and low, I cannot find anything that I have anything to write about. No celebrity missteps, no ups and downs of the Federlines, who are having them, I am aware, no babies named Kal-el, nothing. I haven't seen any movies in the last few days I've loved or hated, I am less and less interested in TV (WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME???) - believe me, I wouldn't go so far as to say I've like, turned it off or anything, but for example, last night I went to bed before the end of Amazing Race and didn't even tape it. What's that all about? Okay, well, I have been busy grading stories and CHRISTMAS shopping and making stocking stuffers and stuff, and even some actual fiction writing. Still, I haven't come across anything lately to make me go YEEARGH!!!

I know, I saw divorcekevin. But I don't want her to divorce Kevin! I think they bring out the most possible stuff for me to write about as a team.

you could write about the new winner of America's Next Top Model, Nicole. Although, really, that's not very interesting, I guess Wait, did I just say ANTM is not interesting? For shame!

Plus the ANTM reunion is on tonight. Not that I care...not that I'm going to tape it or anything...

Yeah, not nearly as interesting as back in the good old days of Shandi...

Although I did see a bit of Tyra's talk show with Naomi Campbell talking about their "feud" - which was interesting in that it seemed to have a profound impact on Tyra... well, see, I still have nothing to say.

The pitcher you're talking about is Rick Ankiel, I think. What a sad case. One of the most public breakdowns I've witnessed. Although, last I heard they were converting him to a position player and he was doing well at it. Gotta cheer for the guy.

There was a second baseman named Chuck Knoblauch who was a tremendous player until his father died. Then he caught a hiccup and couldn't make the throw from second to first.

It's interesting how plainly the emotional troubles of some athletes manifest physically.

I just went back and finished reading your post and realized this has nothing to do with what you were talking about. Sorry about that.
