"Ellie, you won't even know what a 'record' is by the time you're our age!" Pat exclaimed. <BR/><BR/>I am consistently horrified when I receive emails from young whippersnappers with addresses like "buffygrrl82" or "redd80". Crap. I mean, born in the friggin' eighties?! I forget that I am in my late thirties.<BR/><BR/>I forget that my parents are aging. I might cop to the fact that my grandparents are "getting old", but that's as far into the cold harsh waters of reality I'm willing to go.<BR/><BR/>That said, my mom had a thing removed at the doctor's that was found to be malignant. The thing may or may not be indicative of something very bad, which may or may not have gone outside of the area in which the thing originated. Tried to call to discuss but there was no answer at your joint. I'm not really upset about it, just unsettled. Ah well, will try you again this weekend.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
